PAYMENT All payments received are processed through Pay Pal online payment service (yes, you can use your credit card with PayPal!). Information given to them is subject to their terms and conditions, and they will not give us any of your confidential information. On occasion, by exception, we will accept money orders as a form of payment. However, you must contact us first and receive confirmation that this is acceptable.
SHIPPING Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment via Priority Mail (First Class and Ground will be used for lighter weight items and heavier/larger items respectively). Processing time depends on the number of items purchased and the time needed to create. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to let us know so we can help you make that deadline. If your item is ready sooner, it will be shipped sooner! :o) Insurance is optional, and your responsibility. If you would like to have your package insured, please contact us and we will bill you for the appropriate amount. If you do not insure your package, we cannot be responsible for any damage by the post office, including broken, damaged, altered by mishandling, or lost items. Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible.

SATISFACTION If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within THREE days of receipt of item so we can assist you.
Personalized items and custom orders are not returnable/refundable. For example, if you want an item not regularly in our store and request specific painting, etc on this item, it cannot be returned. We are happy to provide photos before shipment on custom items to be sure it is what you expected. If you do not request photos and change your mind after your custom handpainted item arrives, we cannot offer a refund.
OUT OF STOCK We will let you know as soon as possible in writing if an item is out of stock.
ORDER STATUS Pending - order submitted subject to verification of payment and in stock Processing - payment processed succesfully and has cleared, item is in stock, item is being prepared, item is ready to ship, item has been shipped Delivered - delivery confirmation in USPS or FedEx Ground system shows successful delivery or out for delivery
